location of interlock cable

Interlock cable with solenoid switch.which lets you take gear out of park. Had to remove a fuse to operate gear shift and now have no wipers or power windows

solenoid is on side of tranny,cable should be to,if not is inside tranny,as for the wipers and windos,check fuses.
