Gear shift interlock and compass fuse keeps blowing

The fuse blows when i shift out of park, its fine when u step on the brake but blows when u shift.

have any thing been spilled into the shifter concole,watter,soda,or you could have a whire shorting out when put in gear,I would remove the cover around shifter and inspect ,also look underneath where shifter linkage hooks to tranny see if rubbing a wire.
