Installed a new radio and now it's not working

I got a new radio put in my 2001
Ford Expedition and all the
sudden my windows won't roll
down my interior lights only
come on when my car is turned
off and my radio don't work as
to where I my old radio it did
work fine it was just a stock
radio! I had already checked my
fuses and I did have to replace a
couple as to where an idiot was
installing my radio at first but
now I have someone who knows
what they're doing but don't
know what that idiot did!!! My
new radio is installed and
whenever I plug my phone
charger up to the USB it does
charge my phone but none of
the lights come on on the radio
no sound is coming out of it and
its not making a humming noise
or nothing!!! What else could be
wrong??? please help!!!

The radio could be faulty. I would have a pro recheck the wiring job that the idiot did. You should always disconnect the battery before attempting any electrical work on a vehicle to prevent shorts and fuses blowing.
