You pay for the car and the seller gives you the car, signed title and a bill of sale. Easy!

Cash transactions should be done in person. I have done one myself and with a large sum of money and some spotty communication, I would not again. You should provide payment, and receive the car, keys, manuals, and title without a wait or etc. Some do not care, but its just not good practice to pay up front with cash minus a lawyer. Id rather pay my little retainer like I do and let the esquires handle.
