Replacing front wheel bearing require hub assembly also?

On AWD toyota SUV, when front wheel bearing goes out, will a hub assembly
also need to be replaced

No, the bearings themselves can be replaced but you need someone that has the expertise and the right equipment to do it right cause everything has to be pressed apart in a certain way and the new bearings pressed in the correct way. Or you can spend a bunch of money and replace the entire hub and carrier assembly.
