2015 F150 Platinum V8 5.0L ~RECALL~ Adaptive Cruise Control and Errors Code

I took my 2015 F150 Platinum V8 5.0L to the dealer because there's a
recall for the adaptive cruise control and when they scanned the computer
they said that there was a some errors code (besides the adaptive cruise
recall) but they said that they already cleared the code. What it means
''cleared the codes'' the errors were fixed? the errors doesn't mean
anything, just clear that's it?

possible codes generate before the fix, after they fixed, the computer needs to be cleared so if new problems arise, old codes are not present.
