Trouble starting a 2015 F150 Platinum

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

After shutting off and leaving my vehicle, I return and am unable to unlock
the door with my key fob.  Ultimately I gain entrance  with the security key.  
Then I get a warning key not recognized and of course the vehicle won't start
and the security warning system goes off.  No response to key input.  After
numerous attempts it started.  No code at Ford dealership.  This has
happened on two different occasions.  Any thoughts?

Sometimes if you lock the doors with the FOB and unlock with the key they will not start. Have the battery tested.
