When do I replace Spark plugs?

I have a 2015 Ford fusion SE with turbo. It has less then 42,500 miles on the
car. When should I consider changing the plugs?

your owners manual should have this info. I looked at owners manual 2015 ford fusion, change spark plugs every 100k miles. You can check them more often, if you want?

Every 30k miles... those engines have a lot of carbon build up... right now they probably full of carbon and. Oil
