Flashing blue light

We have a 2015 Dodge Dart Rallye, and there is a blue
light that flashes when the car is off.  I cannot find any info
about it in the owners manual, and was wondering what it
is for.  Any ideas?

On my Jeep there's a blinking red light like that and it indicates the anti theft alarm is activated. Being in a highly visible location, it has a deterrent affect.
