The only thing I can think of is if the cars are in two different market areas- whenever you look up a price on ANY site (NADA, KBB, Edmunds, etc...) they always ask for your ZIP code. If one area has weak Camaro sales, then you might see a Z28 for sticker; if sales are strong, then you'll see them going for more than sticker.
