2015 Ford Explorer Driver Seat Stuck In Up Position

My 2015 Ford Explorer driver side seat is stuck all the way up and will not go down.  It will go forward and backward and the front will tilt down, but the seat will not move down.  Any ideas?

My front passenger seat does not move back and forward when you press on the lever in the front it's just stuck

My 2014 was doing the exact same thing. All I did to fix it was tap on the motor and the arms that raise and lower the back portion of the seat with a hammer..

Just a tap on the front left motor under the seat did the trick. I lightly tapped with a screwdriver and it started moving down immediately.
