My jeep won't start

Just took out the thermostat to flush the engine
yesterday due to a coolant problem (added wrong
fluid and vehicle over heated) started yesterday
several times but won't turn over today

What fluid did you add and how long did you run it with said fluid?

I mistook the coolant resovoir for where my transmission fluid would go. It was in there for close to a week
