i have a 89 jeep charokee limited 4x4 and when im driving the radio will turn out and the battary gauge will drop too about 5v then turn back on after, it happens when im driving and come to a complete stop but i got my battery ans alternater tested and they said its in good condition

If factory it may be time for a new stereo. If it already has an aftermarket stereo: I would remove the head unit and bench test it. If it seems fine then I would rewire the stereo or have it tested and/or rewired. Be sure the ground is ran to the vehicle chassis at bare metal and securely attached.
