I purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee in February and have a few questions that I can't seem to find answers to.

Question type: General

The main problem is that the Uconnect touch screen is not responding
correctly to my bluetooth. It is hooked up, and I use Spotify, and I put on
some music, but the second I turn off the key, it reverts to radio.  I have a
job where I stop and go a lot, and this is very frustrating.  Even if I just get
gas, it goes back to radio from playing my favorite song on Spotify! I also
cannot browse my music, which is one of the reasons I got a newer car, so
that I could listen to my music and not have to change everything on my
phone all the time!  It also sometimes won't switch over to bluetooth right
away, like it looses the connection and it takes about 2 minutes to
reconnect with my phone.  I'm ready to pull my hair out on this.  It is like
every time you get into your car it starts up with a radio station that you
hate, and every time you stop it defaults back to that same station!  At the
Jeep dealership they told me my "phone, or music application" isn't
supported by Uconnect. Well, what is?  Anyone know?  'cause he didn't.

I don't think it is an issue with my phone, I have driven several newer cars and trucks for companies I work for and didn't have these problems, bluetooth worked just fine, connected up and played as soon as I turned the engine on. I spoke with a Jeep representative yesterday, and she basically said, that's just the way its designed, its working properly, sorry you don't like it.
