Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Yesterday I went to our local area for fishing, I needed to engage 4 WD low. By the time I went to an paved road, the vehicle did not want too disengage 4 low. As I left the favorite fishing area and while coming home it made constant jerk and loud noise. Now have an leak on front axle.

you are not sup-osed to drive over 20 MPH in 4WDL you will need to put the vehicle in neutral at the column or floor shifter to go from 4WDL to 4WDH to go to 2WDH

that was the beginning of my nightmare..one year later after replacing transfer case and hub bearings i still have a problem with it..it makes a grinding sound with the wheels turning..
