hmm well i for one have worked on the jimmy alot myself right down to engine and trany replacement. they are a nightmare of problems. if i were you try replacing the spark plugs first. since the one plug on the drivers side requires you to remove steering bar to the main steering box it has most likely not been removed. try that first then worry about the injectors. the spider assembly is under the black vortec cover and you will end up striping down a lot of engine to get to it. i would also suggest putting some fuel injector cleaner threw your tank first and foremost for a few days before the spark plug change this way the system is clean and clear on all jets before you change the plugs. i wish you luck. *ps* also while i was thinking of it check your distributor cap and cables as well as the fuel filter as well. and in some cases we had a evgr valve go bad and it caused the same thing. thou i doubt that it is the problem here but if it persists it could be this
