What is the correct orientation of the tubes to cylinders on an injection spider?

Recently replaced a pressure regulator on an injection spider(MPFI).
Mistakenly removed completely to accomplish. Believe i swapped two tubes on
reinstall.engine rough when started.

some times if you just fan out wires/ hoses any thing that had a direction, you can actually see the route they took, and may help you find were they go. that's the easiest way I can explain it.
