fan clutch wont engage

replaced the fan clutch for the second time but still have the engine service light on what could be the reason?

Is the temperature coming up, if it is and fan clutch still not engaging, check engine temperature switch. (Not the sending unit) there's 2 temperature sensors, one feeds the temperature gauge in ur dashboard and the otherone turns on a relay for the clutch. Check for voltage when engine is at operating temperature and trace back to fuse box
