Tire rod rubbing inside wheel

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
Tire rods hitting inside of front wheels. It has 18 inch
wheels on it and hits when you turn the wheel. Just
purchased from a dealer and I took it back to them and they
just told me don't turn the wheel the whole way. I'm afraid
it's going to rub through the wheel. It already has a nice size
groove wore in it. Anyone have any solutions beside wheel
spacers. It already has those.

Are the wheels and tires aftermarket? Maybe they are too wide or the backset is wrong.
Look inside driver side door frame for factory tire size and see if it is what is recommended
Tires and wheels are aftermarket and the favor size is 22 wheel but I don't want to run low pro tires on the truck it kinda defeats the purpose of having a truck
