wheel well dent inside bed of truck

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Have a dent in the wheel well inside the bed of the truck.  It's not extremely
large, but not small either, and in the curved portion of the well  involving the
inside portion of the lip where it begins going down to meet the bed.  I am
getting a sprayed on bedliner in the future and would like it pulled out before.  
No banging it out from the outside as the bed is doubled lined.  Any ideas or
suggestions.
