2014 Chevy Silverado on 37's 18in rims on stock

Asked by Jul 20, 2017 at 01:23 AM about the 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT Double Cab 4WD

Question type: Car Customization

I have a '14 Chevy Silverado and I've been wanting
to put some 37 inch tires with a 18 inch rim. Would
it cause damage to my wheel well or case any kind
of damage if I kept it on stock with no lift kit or
leveling ? Is a leveling kit better than a lift kit if I did
add one?

I think 37s will rub without a lift. Maybe do some reading on one of the Silverado forums for more info. Leveling kit won't do much but raise the front a couple of inches.
