On my 2014 f150, starter trouble

On my 2014 F150, truck starter turned over about ten tries but would not
start , disconnected battery and reconnect battery but now truck has power
everywhere but will not turn over starter.what happened and how can I fix
this?

Found out it was a burnt fuse for the fuel pump. Ford sells a fuse relocated kit which tells me it's a problem they've seen before. I replaced the fuse for now and I'm good to go. Everything back to normal
