Power steering has gone out on the car.  It is like you are driving a manual drive car.

Check the steering fluid it could be low ,or you may need a new steering pump . It's pretty simple to find and check the fluid read your manual or YouTube it if you're more visual.

To check the pump is a two person job one behind the wheel and one under the hood. Turn engine on and turn wheels side to side slowly to listen to see if you can hear the fluid going through the pump/lines. But I'd check the fluid first.
