I have a 2014 Passat TDI Sel Premium.

My 2014 Passat TDi Sel  AC is not blowing high.  It gets cold but really will not
blow very hard.  I was told that it may be a fuse or a relay.  Any suggestions?

Also could be the fan motor resister or fan motor itself.
