I checked the grounds and voltage they both seem good. I also swapped relays and they are good. I'm stumped.

Have replaced plugs, wires, dist cap and rotor, and the pcv valve. Valves clatter on acceleration. Check engine light flashes continuously when ignition is on with engine running or not
