No power to trailer connection. 4 flat or 7 pin

Hey there guys, I have a 2014 Jeep Cherokee
Trailhawk and my trailer hitch has a 4 flat and
7 pin connections but they have no power. I
checked the fuses with a voltage tester and
they are getting no power as well. Can I fix
this myself or is it something I need to take to
the dealer?

some say it needs the jeep dealer code they only can get from mfg. my dealer told me all factory tow packages already have power to plugs??yes i have 2014 jeep cherokee only partial power to plugs, cannot use trailer lights
