Battery grounded out on hood all night now no power at all

Wrong battery shut hood battery grounded out welded to hood now car is getting no
power

Probably ruined battery. Auto batteries are not deep-cycle, if 100% drained they are often toast and will not accept a charge

Or do you mean still no power with another battery?
