2014 Grand Caravan driver's side window issue.

So the regulator on the passenger side of my wife's Grand Caravan failed; it
seems one of the cables popped out, got wound around the motor, and
shredded. When I tested to see if the motor responded to the control switch,
it still seemed to work. So I replaced the regulator, made sure everything was
plugged in correctly, and put the door back together.

Now there seems to be no power to the control switch. I thought it might
have failed so I tried replacing it, but that accomplished nothing. Essentially,
on the drivers side nothing in the control switch works; the rear venting
window controls work just fine. What is really weird is that the passenger
side window controls don't respond at all either anymore, although the power
locks work on that side.

I'm at a loss. I've checked the fuses and they are fine, and I didn't yank on
the door panel or let it hang on the wires when I removed it - I was very
careful not to put extra stress on the wires so I don't **think** that is the
problem. I've looked online and there are numerous issues with window
control in the Grand Caravan, but none of them match mine; they either
involve only one side, or a window that does work but won't go up all the
way, and so on. Mine does nothing, on both sides. Has anyone else seen
this before? Is there something I am missing?
