2010 Dodge Grand Caravan heat change issue

My Dodge Grand Caravan will not switch heat
between vents and floor or defrost. What could be
the problem?

Chrysler did a big recall in late 2016 to check over the HVAC controls and re-flash the HVAC software covering a number of issues over the years with the Gen 5. This recall work is guaranteed for the life of the vehicle, so keep any paper work they give you, for proof.
