Are you submitting fake offers on your website to private sellers?

Apparently, I am getting a lot of fake inquiries and want to know the source.
The last one was an offer for full price and had no response, no validation as a
real offer and obviously not a vetted buyer like your ad states.

What possible benefit would there be from making fake offers? If you read the definition of a "vetted" buyer they are a buyer with verified ID.
