2014 ford f 250 factory brake controller not working

On my ford f 250 thr factory brake controller. The
brakes on trailer dont work fash shows yrailer not
connected but all the lights work on the trailer.

I would check all the wiring, especially at the trailer. You might want to get a trailer wiring tester.
