2014 Outback P0171 code?

Good evening! I was just coming out of a parking
lot when suddenly I had a CEL, and a flashing
traction control, cruise control, and brake light
flashing. I reset the ignition, and traction control
light went away. Now I have a solid CEL, and
flashing brake and cruise control. Autozone
scanner says P0171 code. I was hoping for some
input before I head to the dealer to be prepared,
since the woman on the phone at the stealership
already tried to tell me things I don't need (I just
had the cabin air filter replaced 7k miles ago and
the tires roted 4k miles ago, thanks!). Any input
would be deeply appreciated.

Could be a bad O2 sensor or an exhaust or vacuum leak.

Yup. Look for a disconnected hose up top. Maybe even a loose clamp around the MAF sensor or throttle body. I'd erase and be sure there's no external leak before chasing a rather pricey front air/fuel (O2) sensor. I'd not suspect an exhaust leak, however.

Apparently it's the brake booster valve is plastic junk, and broke off. Thankfully there's a third party that makes just the valve, because Subaru only makes the entire assembly, which costs over a grand and installing requires removing the firewall. Thank you for the suggestions, everyone!
