You may want to check the tubing from the reservoir to the outlets. They could have a blockage or a kink that is restricting fluid flow. Also check the pick up in the reservoir to make sure it is connected and not blocked inside.

When I pulse the pumps with my 12 volt supply it sprays w / o restrictions I don't have output to the pumps harnesses but have it from the multifunction switch inside what's between them...... is there a separate relay for the pumps themselves? Or would my problem be in the FEM modual?
