Why is my engine squealing?

I have a 2009 ford crown vic police interceptor. It
has a real bad squeal anytime I go to accelerate.
Naturally thinking it was serpentine belt I replaced
it. Cranker her up the noise was still there. So I
took the belt off to see if maybe it was a pulley or
something. If the belt sinton it shouldn't squeal?
But I cranked er up gave her some gas and still just
as loud as ever its squealing. I have no idea what it
is
