08 Crown Vic AC stopped working

Hi! The ac has recently stopped working in my 08
ford crown victoria. The heat does not work either.
When we turn it on a little hiss comes from the
vents but the air does not turn on.

Possibly the blower speed control module is bad or the blower motor is shot.
