hello i have a 2004 impreza and did a motor swap from 2.0turbo to a 2.5 turbo damn thing will not start now did i miss something

i just did a motor swap on my 2004 impreza turbo and went to a 2.5 turbo i got the motor
from japan and had to switch everything over motor is in the car and it has no spark and
will not start did i miss something listened to my friend and he said should all work
however finding out it is not as easy to make it run now?

I wouldn't wait around too long here.. It's been pretty quiet in the subaru arenas. This may or may not help at all, it isn't even the one I'm thinking of.. but as Jeff says at the end, check out the forums!! http://www.cargurus.com/Cars/Discussion-t26460_ds431499
