Get onto some of the actual Subaru forums such as NASIOC.com or IGOTASTI.com, they'll have the info for you or get ahold of some of the Subaru tuning companies such as COBB, ESX motor sports, or EFI Logics.

I agree with Nick. NASIOC is a great place and was beyond useful for me when I got my WRX. I would also suggest, if money is not an issue, that you take it to a shop that specializes in performance upgrades. If you're looking to push that much power, like a chain reaction, it will require many upgrades, e.g,, fuel pump, larger injectors, bigger turbo, heavier clutch, and probably a built transmission. If your not very mechanically inclined you'll be out of your depth rather quickly and would be better to leave it to guys that do these upgrades for a living.

Fastest way to 400 whp- stage 2 shortblock build (upgraded internals, ported and polished heads), 1000cc+ injectors(ID), performance fuel pump, bigger turbo (blouch 18g), intake manifold(spt), equal length headers (killer b) and a good tune.
