Need help with gasket stuff.

I'm placing the heads on my dodge Dakota right
now I have three of whatever these things are
called bug I'm missing one and that doesn't make
any sense can somebody tell me where to get one
I'll show a picture of what it looks like it just holds
the gasket I think.

They are called dowels and they hold the head in the proper place for head gasket alignment. Pick one up at your local dealership. Don't install the head without it.
