Is it just turn left or just turn right or either when you activate the signal both flash? You may have a common wire connecting both. Do you have a trailer tow package? The wire connector most of the time is the problem. If you can disconnect or remove it from the loop see if that is a fix. If so, there is the issue. If you don't there is a common wire that connects both light wires after the relay. Start with the far passenger side and trace the wires if you can to see if they have any worn spots or the connections are lose and touching the other wire. It also may be in the turn signal switch.

Have you replaced your front signal bulbs with led’s? If so, you must reinstall the incandescent bulbs. The signals will NOT function properly no matter how many resistors or electronic flashers you use. The front side markers are the reason- if you notice there are only 2 wires going to the side markers and one of those is a ground. They operate with both the parking lamps and turn signals. You can use led’s in the rear however.
