Why does 3rd brake light blink with right turn signal

Asked by Litsinger71 Feb 28, 2021 at 06:45 PM about the 2000 Chevrolet Blazer LS 2-Door 4WD

When i turn my right turn signal on the 3rd brake
light flashes too above my hatch but when i turn
the left turn signal on the the 3rd brake light
doesnt blink so why is it doing it when i use the
right turn signal? Or is it suppose to do it with the
left signal too?

We are have the same problem did you fine out what's going on I am on the side of road please some help me with what's going on

These trucks/blazers had a recall for turn signal switch I m gonna take a guess and you have brake light issues too
