I want to know other then a rebuild what would be the best way to gain HP

This is a 350 Tune Port Injected Chevy I wanted some ideas on the best
way to gain HP the cheapest ways?? My first thought was the cam and
some work to the heads.The complete overhaul kits was in Summit for
like $180.I can do the work if I switch the intake to Carburetor that will
take care of the wiring and vacuum.I'm a new be at this!!!!
