can a 1997 geo tracker 2wd with manual transmission be towed with all four wheels on ground just by placeing trans. in neutral and ignition on to unlock steering behind a motorhome?

yes it can as long as the wheel is unlocked and the transmitionis this is in neutral but only feesable if u have a towbar that is attached to the frame of the tracker on 1 end and the other attached to the tow ball.
