When towing behind RV should hubs be locked or unlocked when transfer case for 4wd is in neutral and manual 5 sd transmission is in neutral

Mark is right, absolutely. Unlocked. Otherwise the axles will be turning

I towed mine from sc. to nc. the only way with out the rear tires not locked up was transfer in neutral trany in second.
