Has 40 lbs. fuel press. and fire to plugs but noid light won't pulse.air filter new

Does the 88 Ranger have anti-theft? Id so try another key. Also ECU could be defective. Needs more troubleshooting.

None of the fuses in my Chilton manual show have anything to do with fuel or injectors,could you enlighten me. I would sure appreciate any help.
