1985 F350 headlights don't work

My 1985 F350 6.9 liter diesel headlights don't work,
I've tested light switch, and all fuses , however I
have no power to headlamp plugs,
turn/brake/running lights work, no obvious
damage to wiring harness for head lamps other
than corrosion at plug to headlamp, could this be
caused by faulty dimmer switch on floor?

Yes I have power everywhere from switch in the dash to signal, brake,and running lights, all fuses in cab at drivers feet are good, but to jaedlamp plus no power
