86 ford 300ci fuel pump

I have a 86 carbureted f150 300ci,vin indicates it's Canada made. Truck has
been in storage for 22 yrs. Trucks was running but now have no fuel delivery
I just pulled the mechanical fuel pump and it looks to be one for a USA made
truck. Are these pumps interchangeable? The only difference I see online, is
the Canada made one has a longer arm than a USA made and GPM are
different also, Airtex brand. Gas tank has been emptied,cleaned and new
fuel put in, also new fuel line from tank to pump.Still no fuel delivery.

The guy I bought the truck from had replaced the pump years ago. I talked to him last night and he wasn't aware of the different pumps. I will try the dealership today and have them go by the VIN. I am quite sure the pump I pulled is a USA not Canadian, just by the arm configuration. Thank you for your imput.
