My 84 f150 hesitates and stalls when I accelerate.

Iv rebuilt the carb. replaced the echoke  plugs, roto and cap both fuel filters. Theres
nothing bad in the vacuum lines that I or my buddies cane see. How do I fix it?

How does the vehicle idle? If OK I suspect there is a problem with the air fuel mixture. Sounds like a flooding issue. I take it you checked the timing.
