My 2103 Ford Fusion Energi not charging to a full 25 miles

I have a 2013 Ford Fusion Energi with 75,000. After a full period of charging
over the last year I am getting a declining a declining number of miles from 19
to now 13 miles, not the 25 miles that I got when i bought the car. Battery tests
come back at 94% but the mileage is not at 94% , which would be 23.5 miles!
Please help! Ford Tech says the decline is to be expected. But not by me!!!!

It is now but the decline was noted during previous summer months. I have 75,000 miles and the car was put in service 6/24/2014. Garaged and one driver. Warranty on electric battery says 8 years/ 100,000 miles.
my 2017 only gets 6 miles on a full charge
when I put the stock tires/wheels on I get about 9-12

I have a 2018 Fusion Energi Platinum. Bought it from CarMax 2 years ago Love the car. During warmer months I get 21-22 per charge. In the cold of winter (still moderate -- I live in Oregon) I was getting as low as 9. I understand cold temp is part of it, but mostly it's the high use of heater, fans, lights, audio system. Even now, range per charge significantly increased if i don't use heat or air conditioning AND I make sure my headlights are not set to come on automatically. In other words, do all you can to reduce energy demand. I believe the OBC computer also bases predicted range based on use over time. So, If you are using a lot of accessories, light, heat, A/C it will predict that your charge will not last as long based on use in days prior. Mine still charges the same, to about 7.2 Kwh.
