I have good battery, all fuses good, lights come on, but can not take out of gear no radio or open door tone , turn radio on it only blinks once. Anyone have a suggestion

Was draining fuel, took out fuel relay to bypass and touched the wrong two
points.  Had a spark and now I have no interior electrical.  Key turns nothing.  
No dash display.  Any help
