Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

I have a buyer for my 2014 Mustang. The selling price is $29,500. The buyer
wishes to pay me $25,000 via CarGurus Pay and then send me the balance of
$4500 cash to my PayPal account. Can this transaction plan take place and if
yes, what steps do I take as the seller?

Be careful not to give them the car and title without ALL the money in hand.
